Shareware License

1. Installation, Trial Period, Purchase and Registration
You may install the software once and use it for a period of 30 days, after which you will need to uninstall the software or purchase the full version. Purchases can be made through the online store. Once a purchase is made the software becomes registered and falls within the strickly copyrighted category.
2. Redistribution
You may redistribute this software, if and only if:
• The software is unmodified, in every sense, from the form received from AndrewOpala.ca. you can not repackage the distribution.
• The software is the unregistered version.
• You must explain that this software is shareware and state this complete shareware license.
• The cost of any compilation, in which this program resides, that is distributed to the end user is not more than five (5) Canadian Dollars.
3. Software Integrity
You may not de-compile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-readable form, or aid others in doing so.
4. Support
To receive support for a shareware-licensed product, please read our online FAQs then if the answer is not found you may write an email to support(at)andrewopala(dot)ca. We intend to answer your queries, but our priority is to support our paying customers.
5. Upgrades and Bug Fixes
Upgrades and bug fixes will be periodically available on our web site. You may install updates and bug fixes to your product only during your trial period.
6. Warranty
This software is delivered AS IS and with NO WARRANTY what so ever.
7. Governing Law
Where this license differs from the laws of Ontario or Canada, the laws of Ontario or Canada shall prevail.

Copyright License

1. You may:
1. use one copy of the Software on a single computer; if the media which you received in this package contains more than one language version of the Software and/or multiple Software titles, you are only licensed for one language version per Software title contained on the media (you may not make copies of different language versions) and you may not transfer such other versions to another person or allow another person to use such other versions;
2. make one copy of the Software for archival purposes, or copy the software onto the hard disk of your computer and retain the original for archival purposes;
3. use the Software on a network, provided that you have a licensed copy of the Software for each computer that can access the Software over that network;
4. after written notice to Andrew Opala, transfer the Software on a permanent basis to another person or entity, provided that you retain no copies of the Software and the transferee agrees to the terms of this agreement;

1. copy the documentation which accompanies the Software;
2. sublicense, rent or lease any portion of the Software;
3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create derivative works from the Software;
4. use a previous version or copy of the Software after you have received a disk replacement set or an upgraded version as a replacement of the prior version, unless you donate the previous version of an upgraded version to a charity of your choice, and such charity agrees in writing that it will be the sole end user of the product, and that it will abide by the terms of this agreement. Unless you so donate a previous version of an upgraded version, upon upgrading the Software, all copies of the prior version must be destroyed.
